1 Definitions

In these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context clearly requires otherwise:

2 Acceptance of Terms

2.3 Where a conflict exists between these general Terms and Conditions and any specific promotional terms, the specific promotional terms shall prevail in respect of the promotion only. For all other matters, these general Terms shall govern.

3 Eligibility & Registration

3.1 Age Requirement

By registering an Account, you confirm that you are at least 21 years of age. 88td applies strict age verification procedures and reserves the right to request documentary proof of age at any stage of the account lifecycle. Any Account found to belong to a person under the age of 21 will be immediately suspended, all pending bets voided, and any balance held pending investigation.

3.2 Residency & Jurisdiction

The Platform is designed primarily for players resident in Bangladesh. It is the Player's sole responsibility to ensure that accessing and using the Platform is lawful in their jurisdiction. 88td makes no representation that the Platform is available or appropriate for use in any jurisdiction outside its intended service area. Players accessing the Platform from jurisdictions where such activity is prohibited do so at their own risk and 88td accepts no liability in such circumstances.

3.3 One Account Per Player

Each Player may hold only one registered Account on the Platform. Registering multiple accounts — whether using the same or different personal details, payment methods, devices, or IP addresses — is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are identified, 88td reserves the right to close all associated accounts, forfeit any balances, and permanently ban the relevant Player from the Platform.

3.4 Accuracy of Registration Information

You are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information at the time of registration and to update that information promptly if it changes. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in Bangladesh, email address, and mobile number. Providing false or misleading registration information is a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account closure.

3.5 Account Verification (KYC)

88td may request identity verification at any time, including but not limited to: upon registration, prior to processing a withdrawal, upon significant account activity, or where fraudulent activity is suspected. Acceptable KYC documents include a National Identity Card (NID), passport, birth certificate, or other government-issued identification. Failure to complete KYC verification within the timeframe specified by 88td may result in the suspension of deposit, withdrawal, and betting functionality.

4 Account Management

4.1 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party. Any activity conducted through your Account — whether authorised by you or not — is your responsibility. If you believe your Account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify 88td immediately at [email protected] so that appropriate security measures can be applied.

4.2 Account Activity

Accounts that have been inactive — defined as no login, deposit, or betting activity — for a continuous period of 12 months or more may be designated as dormant. 88td will attempt to notify the registered email address before applying any dormant account charges. Where a balance remains in a dormant account, 88td reserves the right to apply a monthly administration fee of up to ৳100 until the balance is depleted or the account is reactivated. Players may reactivate a dormant account by contacting support.

4.3 Account Currency

All accounts on the 88td platform are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). All deposits, balances, bets, winnings, and withdrawals are processed in BDT. Where a payment method processes in a different currency, the applicable conversion rate at the time of the transaction will apply. 88td is not responsible for any currency conversion fees imposed by payment providers.

5 Deposits & Withdrawals

5.1 Accepted Payment Methods

88td currently accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, SureCash, Visa, and Mastercard. The availability of specific payment methods is subject to change without prior notice. 88td reserves the right to add or remove payment methods at its sole discretion.

5.2 Minimum & Maximum Transaction Limits

The minimum deposit amount is ৳200 per transaction. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500 per transaction. Maximum deposit and withdrawal amounts may vary depending on the payment method used and the verification status of the Account. 5.3 Deposit Processing

Deposits made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay are typically credited to the Account balance instantly upon confirmation from the payment provider. In exceptional circumstances, processing may take up to 30 minutes. 5.4 Withdrawal Processing

This means that withdrawals will preferentially be returned to the same payment method used to make deposits. Players wishing to withdraw to a different payment method may be required to complete additional verification steps.

5.6 Declined Transactions

88td reserves the right to decline or reverse any deposit or withdrawal transaction where: (a) the transaction is suspected to be fraudulent; (b) the Account has not completed required KYC verification; (c) the transaction appears to breach these Terms; or (d) a technical error has occurred. In such cases, 88td will notify the Player and provide guidance on next steps.

6 Bonuses & Promotions

6.1 General Bonus Conditions

All bonuses and promotional offers made available by 88td are subject to specific terms communicated at the time each promotion is offered. Those specific terms, including wagering requirements, eligible games, minimum deposit amounts, time limits, and maximum withdrawal amounts from bonus winnings, form part of these Terms and Conditions and must be read in conjunction with them.

6.2 Wagering Requirements

88td reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. Where a promotion is withdrawn after a Player has already opted in and satisfied the entry conditions, 88td will honour the bonus in respect of activity already completed at the time of withdrawal.

7 Betting & Gaming Rules

7.1 General Betting Rules

All bets placed on the Platform are subject to the specific rules applicable to the relevant sport, event, or game. By placing a bet, you confirm that you have read and understood the applicable rules. 88td reserves the right to void bets that are placed in error, placed on events that have been incorrectly priced due to a technical or human error, or placed in circumstances that constitute a breach of these Terms.

7.2 Cricket Betting

Cricket betting markets on 88td cover events including the BPL (Bangladesh Premier League), IPL, ICC T20 World Cup, Bangladesh Tigers international fixtures, and other scheduled cricket competitions. 7.3 Casino & Live Dealer Games

11.4 Gambling involves risk. The outcome of bets and casino games is uncertain. 88td does not guarantee winnings and accepts no liability for losses incurred through the normal use of the Platform, including losses arising from unfavourable game outcomes.

12 Privacy & Data

88td collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is published separately at /privacy-policy and is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering an Account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

88td applies industry-standard 256-bit SSL encryption to all data transmitted between your device and the Platform. Account data is stored in encrypted form at rest. 88td does not sell personal data to third parties for marketing purposes. 13 Amendments to These Terms

14 Account Suspension & Termination

14.1 Suspension by 88td

88td reserves the right to suspend or restrict an Account at any time and without prior notice where: (a) prohibited conduct under Section 8 is suspected or confirmed; (b) KYC verification has not been completed within the required timeframe; (c) fraudulent or suspicious payment activity is detected; or (d) 88td is required to do so by a regulatory or law enforcement authority.

14.2 Termination by 88td

Following investigation, 88td may terminate an Account permanently where a material breach of these Terms is established. Upon permanent termination for cause, any balance held in the Account may be forfeited in whole or in part depending on the nature of the breach. Bonus funds are forfeited in all cases of termination for cause.

14.3 Voluntary Closure by the Player

You may request the closure of your Account at any time by contacting [email protected]. Upon receiving a closure request, 88td will process any pending withdrawals of real-money balance within the standard processing timeframe. Bonus funds remaining in the Account at the time of voluntary closure are forfeited. Closed accounts cannot be reopened; former players wishing to return must register a new account subject to the standard eligibility and verification process.

15 Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions and any disputes arising from them shall be interpreted in accordance with the laws applicable to the jurisdiction in which 88td operates. Any dispute that cannot be resolved through direct negotiation between the parties shall be referred to binding arbitration. The language of all legal proceedings shall be English.
